The Year of the Rooster officially started on Wednesday, and to celebrate 4702 (this year, according to the Chinese calendar), Lotus nightclub is throwing their third annual Chinese New Year party tonight.

Think sexy Geisha girls and go-go dancers. (No, not the same girls. I’m just sure you can’t get your dance moves going in a kimono.) I’m talking dragon dancers, traditional Asian massage booths in the Karma Lounge, and red envelopes with gift certificates for the first 50 guests in Asian outfits. The Samurai Soul Train and The Hentai Hustlah — aka DJs Sense and Ty Tek — will serve up some hot Asian-inspired love tunes, and Jeff Sasakura will add ambience to the Karma Lounge.
