Ready to get dolled up to ring in 2005? Today would be a great day to order tickets for the 3rd annual White Rose Gala, to be held this year at the Luna Hotel.
Event promoter Kevin Larson has reserved the entire hotel — including Flow Lounge, the colorful martini bar in the lobby — for his all-night black-tie optional celebration. Tickets are $50 for the 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. portion of the event, and include appetizers and champagne. For an additional $25, you can stay all night, until the 7 a.m. hangover breakfast begins. Or, for $1,000, you may still be able to score one of the 17 rooms available at the boutique hotel. Most people are rounding up groups to go in on a room together, but it’s safe to assume that more guests will be cocktailing all night rather than crashing out for the night.
Larson is limiting entry to the event to a total of 500 people, so this is one party where you can make a toast without bumping elbows with a dozen people in every direction. But hurry — this event is likely to sell out in advance, although any remaining tickets will be available at the door.
