And that’s a good thing. Forbes is out with a list of real estate markets on the brink of collapse. Thankfully, Denver didn’t make the Top 25. Of course, the news isn’t all good. Fortune predicts that the price of an upscale Denver home (defined as one that sells for double the local median price) will drop from $502,000 to $474,000 in the next five years.
