The Dailey Method recently launched a trio of bridal packages that span six weeks, four months, or a year ($175, $460, and $1,080, respectively), with access to an unlimited number of their classes, which blend barre, yoga, and cardio.

Looking to do more than break a sweat? The studio is also offering Method, Manis, & Margs parties for groups of eight to 24. They coordinate an evening out in the Highland neighborhood with manicures at Pink & White Nail Salon or Classy Nails and a meal with margaritas in a private room at Lola—which sounds like a fitting reward for all that barre work.
