Earlier this week, Westword reported that UFO Phil (aka Phil Hill), who has been abducted by aliens his “whole life,” wants to build a giant pyramid on top of Pikes Peak. Phil recently took his pitch the Colorado Springs Gazette’s “mountain whisperer” reporter with a videographer in tow to capture his plan for attracting flying saucers to the mountain—generating free, clean electricity for the planet.
