The Thanksgiving leftovers are gone, the tree is up, and the temperature has dropped. All of which means that it’s time to fill the fridge with perfect-for-winter dark beers. But which one? You could wander blindly in the store and grab the first Chistmas-y designed six-pack you see, or you could try them all (or, nearly all) Saturday. Seventy-four different darks, from 34 breweries, will be pouring as Wynkoop Brewing Company hosts the Parade of Darks from 1-4:30 p.m. Bonus: Ticket proceeds benefit the MetroCare Ring. Here, some highlights from the menu.
