Businesses across the state and around the country are rallying around our service members this Veteran’s Day. If you’re a soldier, take advantage of treats—like complimentary meals and caffeine fixes—on November 11. Just make sure to bring your military ID or come in uniform.
Humboldt: Farm Fish Wine: The uptown seafood joint will fuel our vets, past and current, for free all day.
Zengo: Military personnel can eat for half off at Zengo—and the rest of Richard Sandoval eateries around town, which includes La Biblioteca, Tamayo, and La Sandia.
Spruce Farm & Fish: Head to up Highway 36 for a complimentary plate of locally-sourced seafood in Boulder.
Rock Bottom Brewery: Who doesn’t enjoy a free beer? Grab one at the 16th Street Mall’s staple brewhouse.
Dunkin Donuts: Snag a medium cup of Joe, hot or iced. (Starbucks is also offering a free tall cup of coffee to vets all day.)
Little Man Ice Cream: Anyone with a military ID will receive a free kids’ cup of ice cream from the Highland spot on Tuesday, but the popular spot also offer free ice cream to anyone in uniform, and a 15 percent discount for veterans with a military ID card, year-round.
Historians Ale House: The South Broadway bar will sell its beer-plus-a-burger deal (normally $4.95) for half off.
