March Madness tips off tomorrow, and that means just one thing: It’s wings season. And for our March issue, we put together a Sweet Sixteen-style bracket of our own: the ultimate chicken wings showdown.

We pitted infamous spots, such as Hooters and Earls Restaurant & Bar, against local favorites like the Wazee Supper Club and Wingin’ It. And after many messy bites and too many calories, Lyons’ Oskar Blues Grill & Brew trumped the competition.

Bonus: Ever considered wing-eating etiquette? We hadn’t either, but alas, there’s a video for that.
