Even though Colorado is one of the fittest states in the country, it’s still inspiring to see our state’s youth so involved in healthy outdoor activities. Photographer Cos Lindstrom captured this shot of a young cyclist from the Colorado High School Cycling League taking on the terrain in Frisco in late August. The league’s season includes a four-race series on courses throughout Colorado, ending with the increasingly popular State Championships on Oct. 25 in Vail.
