While there’s nothing new about burger shops peddling milk shakes, H BurgerCo. ups the ante with “adult” versions.

I’m already a fan of the strawberry mint and decadent Nutella marshmallow flavors, but add booze and it’s a whole new cocktail platform. Mixed with preset alcohols—the former with Jim Beam and crème de menthe and the latter with vanilla vodka and hazelnut liquor—you can also switch things up with various flavored vodkas and specialty liqueurs. Or, order a peanut butter fudge with an added spirit. I tried it with vanilla vodka, but amaretto would make a solid mixer—or even the bacon-infused bourbon.

Bonus: Just a couple blocks down the 16th Street Mall, Smashburger offers beer floats and “After Hours” Häagen-Dazs shakes spiked with the good stuff.
