Carmelo Anthony is in trouble. Again.
Denver’s 7 is reporting on an underground DVD circulating in Anthony’s hometown of Baltimore, in which the 20-year-old Nuggets star is seen with a reputed drug dealer. The video is entitled “Stop Snitching.”
[Anthony] is also seen on the DVD talking about his Olympic bronze medal and he says that he threw it in a lake. The man he stands next to later goes on to tell how to take care of snitches by “putting a hole in their head.
This is not Melo’s first video-related controversy. Last month, he was the target of a $3 million extortion plot involving an incriminating video that showed Anthony in a fistfight at a Manhattan nightclub.
The two video incidents come only weeks after charges were dropped against Anthony in connection with an ounce of marijuana that was found in his backpack as the Nuggets forward prepared to board a flight in Milwaukee. Yesterday, prosecutors filed charges against James Cunningham, a friend of Anthony’s who claimed the drugs were his.
