Thanks to their super special popsicle machine, Miller and co-owner Simone Parisi turn out smooth, gourmet treats that bear little resemblance to the icy sticks in your freezer. That’s because this contraption freezes everything in just 18 minutes, which leaves no time for those unappetizing ice crystals to form.
