Boulder Creek Neighborhoods® Introduces Fresh wee-Cottages® at Baseline

Boulder Creek Neighborhoods’ newest collection of homes brings together bold design, modern comforts, and an unbeatable location—all starting in the $500s.

The beloved wee-Cottage® series has earned its reputation for smart design and lower-maintenance living, and now, brand-new floorplans are bringing a contemporary twist to the community at Baseline in Broomfield.

Smart Design, Just-Right Size

While Boulder Creek Neighborhoods has also developed their best-selling Limited Edition home series at Baseline, their wee-Cottages introduce the only floor plans currently offered at Baseline that feature two levels, up to four bedrooms, and fenced yards.

In fact, unusual for homes of this size, the wee-Cottage floorplans glide seamlessly from indoor to outdoor living, enhancing the convenience and usability of each home. Following Boulder Creek Neighborhoods’ commitment to “lifefullness,” or thriving in a home created for your passions, wee-Cottages at Baseline will offer outdoor living on all three levels through patios, balconies, and decks.

At about 1,450 square feet, the Rise and Ascend wee-Cottage floor plans feature two stories and are projected to be the most affordable single-family detached home options in Baseline. The Rise includes three bedrooms with large walk-in closets, while the Ascend offers three bedrooms plus a loft or an optional fourth bedroom.

The three-story wee-Cottages at Baseline have floor plans measuring 1,500 to 2,050 square feet, with at least three bedrooms upstairs. They will offer flexible room configurations, including a main level office or a ground level lounge with a wet bar.
