The tastes of locally grown apples, wheat, and other botanical flavors combine in Peak Spirits’ Cap Rock Handcrafted Gin. Featured in the February issue’s Colorado Liquor Cabinet, the farm distillery at Jack Rabbit Hill Farms features this martini-ready gin.

You’ll Need:

1 ounce Dolin dry vermouth

2 ounces CapRock Gin

2 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 6

Directions:

Pour vermouth, gin, and bitters into a shaker filled with ice. Stir for a few seconds, then strain with a julep strainer into a couple glass.
