A bottled flavor from Palisade, Colorado, the Peach Street Pear Brandy uses about 20 pounds of pears. Featured in the February issue’s Colorado Liquor Cabinet, this pear brandy is the perfect driver for a sidecar (recipe courtesy of Chad Michael George, general manager of Peach Street’s new Denver tasting room).

You’ll Need:

1½ ounces Peach Street Pear Brandy

¾ ounce Combier Liqueur D’Orange

¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

Directions:

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with raw sugar.
