As mentioned in the February issue’s Colorado Liquor Cabinet, chefs around Denver use the Dancing Pines Chai Liqueur as a secret ingredient. However, spirit drinkers love it as well, which makes this Loveland product perfect for a chaitini.

You’ll Need:

2 ounces Dancing Pines Chai Liqueur

1 ounce Dancing Pines Vodka

2 ounces half-and-half

Cinnamon stick

Directions:

Pour all liquid ingredients over ice in a martini shaker. Shake until chilled. Pour in martini glass, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
