A couple weeks ago, Tony’s Bistro (the casual dining area inside the Broadway location of Tony’s Market) became Tony’s Burgers. Gone is the eclectic collection of entrées and in its place is a streamlined menu of hand-crafted pizzas, healthy salads (quinoa and kale!), and gourmet burgers made with your choice of Teton Waters’ grass-fed beef, Wagyu, Colorado Bison, or local, all-natural, house-ground beef.
The burgers are particularly noteworthy with each plump, juicy patty arriving beautifully charred, stacked with high quality ingredients, and bookended by griddled homemade buns. Our pick: The Black & Bleu, pictured, with soft crumbles of blue cheese, caramelized onion, and a hint of blackened seasoning. Or, opt for the very Colorado-y Broadway Burger with strips of roasted green chiles melted into pepper jack cheese and guacamole. Add bacon for a buck fifty more.
