The Colorado Rockies have lost six of their last seven games, including yesterday’s, when they were beat down, 14-2, by the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Rockies sit five games out of first place with a record of 4-7–the same record they had this time last year, writes The Denver Post. If the woeful pitching and spotty hitting continue, it appears it’s going to be a long, fruitless season.
