Clarke Boyer and Jonathan Odde (who also runs the Burns Pub & Restaurant in Broomfield) launched Little Wolf in summer 2025 as a way to showcase American single malt whiskey. The menu features American cuisine with a few Brazilian dishes in honor of former occupant Café Brazil. Don’t miss the loaded gravy fries.
