With the news that chef Sean Kelly is getting back into the restaurant game, I had a sudden hankering for the almonds he used to serve at the late Aubergine Cafe, Clair de Lune, and Somethin’ Else.
Though I’ve tried to replicate the roasted nuts–tossed with olive oil, red pepper flakes, rosemary, and salt–I have yet to perfect the mix.
