For an all-Colorado after-dinner pairing, try the Talon Winery Wingspan White (from Fruita) with Enstrom’s milk-chocolate toffee (from Grand Junction). The crisp blend of Chardonnay and Viognier nicely offsets the sweet, buttery dessert.
