Cruiser Rocks: The annual 21-and-over bike party rides through the Washington Park neighborhood to benefit the Love Hope Strength Foundation. The Denver-based nonprofit—born from fellow cancer survivors Mike Peters and James Chippendale—was created in 2007, the same year as the first Cruiser Rocks event. Since then, the bi-annual event has grown into a Wash Park mainstay. The bike parade rolls through the neighborhood, stopping at several locations to play games at local hotspots like Candlelight Tavern, The Pub on Pearl, and Ogden Street South Sports Bar & Grill. Riders are encouraged to dress up, and prizes are available for group costumes. Enter for a chance to win one of two cruiser bikes, courtesy of Velosoul cyclery, at the event. Saturday, 12–7 p.m.; 103 South Ogden St.; $25–$35
