Chances are you’ll be heading south at least once this summer. Both Colorado Springs and Pueblo have numerous antique malls and shops, and here are some can’t-miss spots.

1. American Classics Marketplace, 1815 N. Academy Blvd., Colorado Springs

There are more than 300 independent dealers under one roof at American Classics Marketplace. Clearly an antiquing powerhouse, it’s a great place to find artwork, vintage apparel, and furniture. Plus, with so many options in one place, you’re sure to find something that fits your budget.

2. Willowstone Antique Marketplace, 2150 Garden of the Gods Rd., Colorado Springs

Don’t let the strip mall-like exterior fool you: Willowstone Antique Marketplace is a storehouse of upcycled, repurposed, and vintage jewelry, furniture, and dolls. It’s near Garden of the Gods, so it’s ideal for a post-hike stop.

3. Treasure Shoppe, 324 E. Pikes Peak Ave., Colorado Springs

The Treasure Shoppe has a little bit of something for everyone, from die-hard collectors to home-goods seekers. Make sure to check out the stash of vintage toys (think: no batteries or electrical cords). The shop has been known to post sales and price deals on Craigslist, so take a look online before you go.

4. Colorado Ave. Antiques, 112 Colorado Ave., Pueblo 

Crowded, yet charming, the two-floored Colorado Ave. Antiques shop is a must-see stop in Pueblo. You’ll find Indonesian money, rainbow colored glasses and pitchers, and turn-of-the-century baseball mitts alongside walnut tables and oak chests.
