The Government has filed its response to the Defense motion to strike the testimony of witness Sally Anderson, a former Qwest employee, or grant a mistrial. Back to this morning: David Milstead reports that Qwest’s lawyers have filed a motion seeking to assert Qwest’s attorney-client privilege as a result of Herb Stern’s cross-examination of Robin Szeliga.
