Either way, you won’t want to miss him at Frasca’s Monday Night Dinner Series. The evening will feature a four-course meal inspired by Red Rooster (Samuelsson’s new restaurant venture in New York), wine pairings by master sommelier Bobby Stuckey, and plenty of time to chat up the chef or have him sign your copy of his book.
