Denver’s iconic Brown Palace Hotel has been purchased by a investment arm of Texas-based real estate giant Trammell Crow, the firm said this week.

Crow Holdings Capital, which announced the transaction—and the purchase of the adjacent Comfort Inn—has said there won’t be changes to hotel staffing or to the Brown Palace’s brand. The Denver Post says the historic hotel will also continue to be run by Dallas-based Quorum Hotel and Resorts, the firm that has managed the property for nearly three decades.

Quorum is one part of a larger investment group that put the hotel up for sale last year. The Post says this is the fourth time the hotel has been sold—the last coming in 1983. Details of the purchase price were not disclosed.

The Brown Palace has been one of Denver’s most iconic landmarks. Built in 1892, it has hosted several United States presidents, among other dignitaries, and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
