A typical Colorado March usually means you’re trekking through snow… or mud up to your knees. Historically clocking in as one of the snowiest months, March 2016 has been unseasonably warm with bluebird skies and highs hitting the upper 60s most days. As a result, trails in the Front Range and Boulder area are dry and in prime condition for a weekend jaunt. We don’t mind the warmth and sunshine but it makes us wonder: El Niño, where’d you go?
