Trevor Jones is stuck in a legal loophole—and he may never get out. The 32-year-old is serving a life without parole (LWOP) in Limon Correctional Facility. He’s one of nearly 50 direct filed juveniles in Colorado that were given LWOPs before the sentencing practice was abolished in 2006.
