To be held June 10-12, 2005 in Aspen, this year’s edition boasts an impressive line-up of celebrity chefs and wine experts, including Mario Batali, Bobby Flay, Jacques Pépin, Wolfgang Puck, Laura Werlin, Andrea Immer, Steven Olson and Joshua Wesson.
