While shopping at Costco recently, I found Delice de Bourgogne, an exquisite, triple-cream cow’s milk cheese, in the dairy section. This soft, rich cheese ($9.59 for .97 pounds!) is from Burgundy, France, and it sits several notches above the pedestrian Brie.
My only gripe: This cheese needs to breathe (it’s sold wrapped in plastic), so after purchasing, open immediately and rewrap it in wax or butcher paper. And don’t forget to bring Delice to room temperature before serving.
