Given bartenders’ recent obsession with sweet elderflower liqueur, you’ve probably been drinking a lot of St. Germain. Tonight, though, is the pinnacle of St. Germain imbibing, when the swank (and newly remodeled) Lure Lounge hosts the St. Germain Colorado Cocktail Classic–a mixology competition in which all the pours feature the flowery spirit.

Bartenders from Swimclub 32, Frasca, and Steuben’s will participate, and the night’s winner will be served free, along with appetizers, all evening long.
