Hudson Gardens celebrates its 14th birthday tomorrow with free admission from from 9 to 5 p.m. Even better, the Gardens is offering a free dance performance by the Hannah Kahn Dance Company at 10:30 a.m. in the Welcome Garden Pavilion.
In bloom now are beautiful bearded irises (named for the hairs inside the flower), white evening primrose, and geraniums.
If you enjoy hearing tunes amidst the peaceful petals, head back one Sunday evening this summer, when the Gardens offers a variety of concerts, from Heman’s Hermits to Rick Springfield to The Turtles. Tickets start as low as $10 and are even cheaper for Hudson Gardens members.
