In what looks to be the progressive dinner party of the year, three of Highland Square’s staple restaurants–Coral Room, Highland Pacific, and Swimclub 32–dish up a six-course wine dinner. Enjoy your first two courses at one of these restaurants, and from there, move on to the other two for the remaining four courses. Since Swimclub 32 is still serving its “best of” menu and Coral Room has a new chef, expect flavors that are both familiar and novel.
