The Gist: The Cynthia Steffe label is recognized for its accessible take on fashion trends, and for Spring 2009 designer Shaun Kearney keeps things sweet without becoming too complicated or fussy. Featuring: Floral print dresses and flirty tiered skirts (some with a modern lace pattern peeking out from underneath), slim Bermuda or high-waisted cuffed shorts, lingerie separates in the form of bustiers and bras, and sleeveless vests make up most of the collection.
