Cilantro Mojo Is Market Fresh

Of the handful of varieties available, the cilantro mojo is the most unusual (not to mention the most polarizing, since a hefty portion of the population despises cilantro). The salsa’s herbal undertones and bright, vinegary zing are delicious on just about everything: chips, sandwiches, roasted veggies, pasta, thin-crust pizza, or steamed artichokes.
