In early December, Colfax’s Bluebird District welcome Fat Sully’s NY Pizza to the hood. Tucked inside the Atomic Cowboy, the spot’s menu is small (just five pizza varieties, including fat-free and gluten-free versions), but it’s cheap, with pieces going for $2.50, plus 35-cent toppings.
Servings are enormous (the large pizza is a whopping 20-inch pie), and the cheesy, thin-crusted slices beg to be folded, á la New York. Dine in (and play games like Connect Four or Sorry while you wait) or call for delivery until 1 a.m.

5280 is here to guide you through Denver—where to eat, drink, and travel in and around the city.
