Catch a wave at Water World's Cowabunga Beach

With temperatures hitting the 90s this week, an escape to Water World never sounded so good, especially with two new exhibits debuting during the 2016 season. Hone your boogie-boarding skills in Cowabunga Beach’s wave pool. Then enjoy the soft waves and meet one of the resident mermaids in Turtle Bay, adjacent to the wave pool and a perfect option for younger kiddos. Denver may be land-locked, but here, you can still catch some waves.
