This past offseason, Sports Authority Field at Mile High bid farewell to more than John Fox. The stadium also said sayonara to its sod. The pair were together for 14 years, but the Broncos, who begin playing preseason games this month (like we had to tell you), needed to upgrade the underground heating system. That meant replacing the field, too. Zach Myhra, Sports Authority’s director of facilities, engineering, and maintenance, fills us in on Peyton’s new primo grass (not that kind).
