If this were December, I would say this has to be the most ridiculous lawsuit of the year. Two teens from Durango baked and delivered cookies for their neighbors. They left them on the neighbor’s porch at 10:30 p.m. The recipient neighbor claimed she was so scared that someone knocked on her door at such a late hour that she suffered an anxiety attack and was hospitalized the next morning. Then she sued. She recovered $900. Did this woman never hear of Valium….or psychotherapy?
