Wednesdays throughout January, the Denver Film Society plays back the best flicks of its 2008 festival.

The brilliantly animated film Sita Sings the Blues–a spoof on the ancient Hindu story The Ramayana–opens the series, and next Wednesday the documentary Another Planet explores the unequal distribution of wealth in Ecuador, Mexico, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Cambodia.
