If there’s a dish that screams “comfort food” more than the green chile–goat cheese cornbread at Ophelia’s Electric Soapbox—Justin Cucci’s seven-month-old “gastro-brothel” and music venue—we haven’t found it. Roasted Hatch chiles, goat cheese from Broken Shovels Farm in Henderson, and a knob of house-made fennel-honey butter elevate this humble fare into a dream-worthy dish. Executive chef Jeremy Kittelson folds the chiles and cheese into the bread’s base and then bakes it to order in individual cast-iron loaf pans. After service, whatever batter is left over becomes the base of Ophelia’s popular brunch dish: the Berkshire pork rib Benedict. 1215 20th St., 303-993-8023
