Finally, this weekend’s forecast promises sunny weather, and in honor of Belmar’s fifth anniversary, the center’s shops are bringing discounted wares out to the sidewalk, hosting in-store sales, and organizing activities for kids.

On Saturday, while mom and dad knock 25 percent off their $100-or-more Banana Republic purchases, the little ones can watch sidewalk chalk artists draw butterflies, get their faces painted, or hang out with balloon artists. The sales and discounts (minus the fun for kids) are also available today and Sunday.
