Avalanche goalie Andrew Raycroft wants to oust starter Peter Budaj, notes the Rocky Mountain News, which writes, “Like it or not, there might be a goaltending controversy brewing” for the team.

Raycroft, signed as a free agent in July, has played well when he’s had the chance this season: 9-1-0 in games he’s started.
