Five years ago, we celebrated 5280’s 10th anniversary with a blow-out party at the Denver Art Museum and an hour-long live TV broadcast. The first of today’s two segments gives you a general sense of the evening, while the second features a look back at the magazine’s first decade (in our defense, it turns out we eventually were right about Denver’s real estate market heading for the deep freeze; it just took eight or nine years).
