The recent weather has treated Coloradans to a refresher course in balmy temperatures and sunny skies, but we could all use a full-body (and mind) rejuvenation session to return to complete health after the dreary winter months. At least that’s what local yoga studios and resorts seem to be thinking—they’re hosting spring wellness retreats everywhere from the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs to a remote beach in Mexico. Take your pick of these five meditative escapes and leave your worries back with Old Man Winter.
