Reflecting Voices | Through April 17
The Colorado Photographic Arts Center is presenting Reflecting Voices, a collection of photographs by local artists Alanna Airitam, Narkita Gold, and Rashod Taylor, coinciding with Month of Photography. In effort to spotlight underrepresented photographers of color, the exhibition focuses on how Airitam, Gold, and Taylor capture their subjects, each offering a different perspective on Black identity and expression. The opening reception takes place Saturday, March 6 with a panel discussion on Zoom featuring the photographers on Wednesday, March 10 at 6 p.m. 1070 Bannock St.; open Tuesday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from noon to 4 p.m.

First Friday Art Gallery | March 5
If you’re longing for a social sense of normalcy, join Good Vibe Mafia for their monthly First Friday event with music provided by Hello Hushroom. Every month, GVM provides eight local artists with the creative space to feature their original, immersive art. Puzzah! Presents Five Points Puzzles | Through March 8
Five Points Business Improvement District has collaborated with game maker, Puzzah! to bring a family-friendly activity to Denver’s historic Black neighborhood. Designed as way to familiarize locals to the neighborhood, the cultural walking tour puzzle begins at the Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library and takes about an hour-and-a-half to complete. 2401 Welton Street; find more information and puzzle clues here

Kantorei in Recital: How Can I Keep From Singing? | March 6
Enjoy Denver-based choir Kantorei from the comfort of your home for their virtual evening recital. Best for Colorado Coffee Chat: Female Entrepreneurship | March 11
To kick off Women’s History Month, join the Best for Colorado for their webinar with female entrepreneurs Shannon Bean Scalise, owner and bookkeeper at Book See Financial Group, and Rachel Kois, founder and CEO of Simple Switch.
