Fact: You can never have too many tacos.
Los Chingones, Troy Guard‘s Mexican joint that originally opened in RiNo in December 2013, will open its fourth location next spring at Colorado Mills. (The shopping center reopened in November after shuttering for repairs in May when a hailstorm caused serious damage.)
That's only $1 per issue!
While it’s too early to have many details about Guard’s latest venture, we do know the Lakewood location will be the largest Los Chingones to date, at 6,500 square feet (including outdoor space). An Airstream trailer on the patio will serve as the outdoor bar and can be rented for private parties. There will also be two private dining rooms inside the restaurant.
“We’re constantly thinking about what’s next for Los Chingones as we’ve found it to occupy this void in Colorado for approachable and quality-driven Mexican cuisine,” Guard said in a release.
