Flowers aren’t the only things appearing at the Denver Botanic Gardens this spring. Thirteen sculptures, featured in the Stories in Sculpture exhibit, will be on display through October 2. Owned by Walker Art Center in Minneapolis, the sculptures’ styles range from realistic (Judith Shea’s “Without Words”) to abstract (Reuben Nakian’s “Goddess with the Golden Thighs”). The sculptures are placed throughout the Gardens; an exhibition map is available at the front desk. During the next bluebird day, grab a map and enjoy a sculptured stroll through the gardens.
